When you give us a call/text or send an email, we can help you design the perfect holiday lights set-up you would be proud of. If you are providing your own lights, we will give you the labor cost to install and take-down your lights. If we are providing lights for you, it’s only a one time fee for the lights, and they are yours to keep. If we are installing them for you every year after that, we will replace any lights that might have gone out – free of charge. After the install we will set the timer to your exact preference. You can call us at any time if there are any issues with the lights and we’ll come out and make sure you are good to go. We then take down the lights in the first couple weeks of the new year!

2. Set A Schedule Typically we can get out to your home within 2-3 business days but can also schedule weeks in advance. Once you agree on the service, we dispatch one of our screened and background checked employees for the time you specified. Expect us to always arrive on time and in a company marked vehicle. The technician will go over the services with you before they get started. Since most of our work is exterior, you don’t need to be present for the job if you have other arrangements.

This is the fun part! Just sit back, relax, and let our trained technicians make your home sparkle. We will clean the areas using top of the line equipment. We work with a great vendor that provides very high quality commercial grade lights that are durable and stand the test of time. We custom fit those light strands to your home, along with providing any extension cords and timers needed. This is a completely hands-off approach for you, the customer. We also replace any lights in the following years if they burn out – free of charge.
What If I Have Issues After You Install The Lights?
Sometimes unpredictable weather can cause issues here in Oregon. If any bulbs or strands go out, give us a call right away. We will swing out and fix it usually within 24 hours.
